Founded in 2010, MCF is dedicated to improving the lives of expectional children and adults with mental health problems. We have played crucial roles in raising awareness, advocating for policy changes, providing resources, and creating more inclusive communities where individuals with disabilities can thrive. Our history demonstrate the ongoing commitment to addressing the complex needs of this population.
Our mission
MCF has a two-fold mission, we aim to achieve two interconnected goals simultaneously. "Our mission is to empower adults to prioritize and manage their mental well-being through education, resources, and support, fostering a society where mental health is valued, understood, and to enrich the lives of exceptional disabled children and their families by providing comprehensive support, inclusive educational opportunities, and access to resources that foster their holistic development.
